How to reserve your dates

Select a package

Choose a package that suits your needs from the options below.  If you need a custom package you may consult with Wayne or Paula at (832) 878-2939 or (281) 970-8600 respectively.  


Then clear your dates on your calendar. Once done you may move onto the next step.

Make a 50 percent reservation deposit

To secure your dates, you must make a 50 percent deposit using the PayPay button on your corresponding choice. 


We also accept Cash App and Venmo and interbank no-free transfers.  Please contact us for more information.


The deposit is refundable up to one week before your stay.  Cancelations will afford a reschedule within one Calander year of initial check-in date.  


Flight crews are afforded some flexibility.  

Receive your rental agreement as receipt

Some time in the process, you will receive a rental agreement.  You will need to fill this out, sign it and return it to us.  We will in turn sigh it and return it to you as your receipt.  The remaining 50 percent will be due 48 hours before your arrival date.


Please begin by choosing one of the following packages:

Saint Lucia Package

Two guests, 1 room, three nights, and first-night breakfast

$100.00
Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

  1. Send $300.00 for 3 night minimum; or
  2. Send $50.00 for each night reserved.
  3. Your total bill minimum will be $510.00 ($300.00 plus $60.00 plus $150.00)
  4. Two guests, first day breakfast, and bi-weekly cleaning service.


Note: $50.00 per guest per night. 

Note: Surcharge of $50.00 per night for single guess.

Note:  Cleaning service is $60.00 for entry and exit.

Note: Additional $120 for airport transfers may apply.

Sober Living package

One guests per rooms

$1,250.00
Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

  1. Send $625.00 to reserve your stay.


Note: Rooms start at $1,250.00 per month.

Note:  Cleaning service is $120.00 for entry and exit.

Note: Additional one month's deposit will be required at check-in.

RV Lot Rental Package

One Lot, 60' by 15', Electric not included.

$550.00
Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

  1. Send $300.00 for the package reservation fee.


Note: Lots start at $550.00

Note:  Cleaning service is $100.00 for entry and exit.

Note: One month's deposit required at check-in.
