Our Premises
OUR ROOMS:
We offer three types of rooms, Standard, Deluxe and Premium.
Our Standard room prices are $150 per week. They share a bath room and porch in the rear.
Our Deluxe rooms go for $180 and our Premium rooms go for $200. They each have private bathrooms plus the Premium room offers a private entrance, a jacuzzi and more square footage.
OUR RULES:
A short-term rental agreement is required and you will need to leave a credit card on file to be automatically charged on a weekly basis. A fully refundable cash deposit of twice the weekly rent will be required and there is application fee of $150 for employment and background verification.
We do not allow smoking, overnight guest, or pets except registered service animals.
Visitors need to be pre-approved and quiet time is between 9pm and 6am.
